Working in the photo booth industry, we have seen just about everything and we mean everything. From hilarious group poses to unexpected moments, there is always something happening inside the booth.
One of the more unique experiences we have had is running a pet photobooth, where not only people but their pets become the stars of the show.
The Fun Side of a Pet Photobooth
One thing that always stands out is how people, and sometimes even animals, completely let loose in front of the camera.
We recently came across a fun book featuring dogs posing inside a photo booth, and it instantly reminded us of some of our own events. Tails From The Booth by Lynn Terry.
At one particular event, a pet show where we provided an open setup, it was not your typical crowd. Along with plenty of adorable dogs, we also had some very unexpected guests step in front of the camera, including a crocodile and even a cow.
It just goes to show how fun and unpredictable a pet photobooth can be.
A Community Event at Bayside Gallery
One of our favourite experiences was working with Bayside Gallery on a unique community event themed “Pets Are People Too”.
To bring the concept to life, we created a dedicated pet photobooth where members of the community could bring in their pets for photos. Families stepped in together with their pets, while others captured beautiful portraits of their pets on their own.
It was a really special event that brought people together and created something a little different from the usual photo booth experience. It also showed how a pet photobooth can be tailored to suit the theme of an event, no matter how creative or unique it may be.
